Festive Cranberry and Brie Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Puff Pastry

  • 1 jar The Spicy Cranberry one

  • 1 round of brie

  • ¼ C walnut

  • Sprig of Rosemary

  • 1 egg

  • Honey to drizzle (optional)


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

  2. Layout the pastry.

  3. Liberally brush with the cranberry sauce.

  4. Slice the brie and lay over the cranberry sauce.

  5. Sprinkle with rosemary sprigs and walnuts.

  6. Fold in the edges, and press down to seal

  7. Mix the egg with a little water to create an egg wash. Brush over the edges so they turn golden when baking.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the pastru is cooked through.

  9. Drizzle with extra cranberry sauce and honey to finish.

  10. Enjoy!
