Our Mushroom XO Sauce is a bold blend of mushrooms, aromatics, and spice. It's an umami-rich, plant-based take on the mighty XO—and it's taken on a life of its own. From a limited-edition special, it evolved into a full-blown fan favourite, now we're sending jars all over the UK and it even made it onto the menu at The Ivy Asia.

Perfect for: Noodles, stir-fries, dumplings, fried rice, roasted vegetables, or as a flavour boost to any sauce. It'll be your new go-to for easy midweek dinners.
