Pineapple Chilli Jam Caramel


  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp The Punchy One

  • 150ml of Oatly cream (or alternative cream)


  1. Heat the sugar in a heavy based saucepan over a medium heat, without stirring, until it has melted and turned dark golden.

  2. Remove from the heat and add 2 tbsp of the pineapple chilli jam. Be careful as it will spit.

  3. Put back on the heat and add in the oat cream. Simmer for a few minutes until all combined.

We love poured over gingerbread* with more oatly cream but it's equally delicious with ice cream, over grilled bananas or with our nectarine and almond cake!
